According to the WUT Rector's regulation, the Trust Officer is the first contact person whose task is to monitor, prevent and consider, at the mediation stage, the process of counteracting mobbing and discrimination, disputable cases related to the phenomena of mobbing or discrimination at the Warsaw University of Technology.
The Faculty Trust Officer considers disputes in cases where the parties to the dispute are:
- a faculty staff member and another WUT employee,
- a faculty staff member and WUT student,
- a faculty staff member and Ph.D. student of Warsaw University of Technology.
